9:09 a.m.: accident, vicinity of Ocean State Job Lot, 231 E. Main St., caller reported that a hit-and-run driver forced an elderly couple’s vehicle into a snow bank (pile) in the parking lot, vehicle had heavy front end damage, no injuries;
10:48 a.m.: fraud, Farnham Lane, woman reported fraudulent charges on her credit card, known suspect;
1:29 p.m.: suspicious, Bates Road, couple received fraudulent check for payment of rent, did not cash check so no crime committed, police unable to identify suspect;
3:56 p.m.: accident, Colonial Pine Acres, 50 Southampton Road, minor property damage.
