10:52 a.m.: Accident, Mechanic Street and Main Street. Police received a report of a two-vehicle crash involving a 2005 Chrysler Town and Country and a 2015 Chrysler 200. Two tow trucks were requested and Westfield Fire ambulance and personnel transported two patients to Baystate Noble Hospital from the collision.
2:53 p.m.:Larceny, Kittredge Drive. Police received a report of three sheets of plastic lattice that were allegedly taken from the rear of a truck after they were unattended for 30 to 45 minutes. No further information was available at the time of the report.
3:37 p.m.: Accident, Court Street and Mill Street. Police received a report of a two-vehicle crash involving a 2007 Toyota Camry and a 2008 Ford Econovan. Westfield Fire ambulance and personnel transported two patients to Baystate Noble Hospital from the collision. No report on tow trucks requested.
6:37 p.m.: Accident, Lowell Avenue. Police received a report of a vehicle that had reportedly struck a home on Lowell Avenue and then left the scene. Police then received another report from someone who claimed that they were in an accident, with the report coming from Western Avenue. According to police report, an officer passed by a vehicle suspected of being involved on Kipling Avenue while en route to Western Avenue. Police reported the caller at Western Avenue, who was the alleged driver, was transported to Baystate Noble Hospital by Westfield Fire ambulance and personnel, and faced motor vehicle charges, per police. Police also reported that the home “did not appear to take on too much damage.”
