8:57 a.m.: Vandalism, Sibley Avenue. Police received a report from a homeowner who claimed that there was orange paint along a fence, along with an expletive written with the paint. Police also found paint on a nearby telephone pole. No other information was available at the time of the report.

1:17 p.m.: Burglary, walk-in. Police received a complaint from a local homeowner reporting that their home was broken into and money was stolen. Police said that there was no forced entry into the home and a glass bottle filled with coins was the only belonging missing. No additional information available at the time of the report.

6:32 p.m.: Breaking and entering motor vehicle, Main Line Drive. Police received a report that a vehicle in a parking lot at a business on Main Line Drive had its window smashed and a purse stolen from it. No arrests at the time of the report.

7:44 p.m.: Breaking and entering motor vehicles, Woronoco Field. Police received multiple reports of vehicles broken into in the parking lot of Woronoco Field. Police reported four total vehicles were broken into, all by having their windows smashed and personal belongings taken from the vehicles. No arrests made at the time of the report.

8:41 p.m.: Shoplifting, 141 Springfield Road, Wal-Mart. Police received a call from Wal-Mart loss prevention employees saying that two female suspects were attempting to steal merchandise. Loss prevention employees attempted to detain the suspects until police arrived and were successful in doing so. Police served one suspect with a criminal complaint for shoplifting, but no arrests were made.

11:57 p.m.: Arrest, East Silver Street. Police received a report from a resident who said that their daughter stole their vehicle within 10 minutes of the call. Police were able to find the vehicle on East Silver Street. Police also found Amanda Cortis, 21, who was suspected of vehicle theft, and arrested her on a warrant but not theft. No record of any other charges.
