9:14 a.m.: Larceny, Noble Avenue. A resident claimed that someone broke into their home and stole jewelry and cash. No other information available or arrests were made.
10:49 a.m.: Motor vehicle accident, Shaker Road. A vehicle reportedly crashed into a fire hydrant, which resulted in a completely sheared off hydrant. The driver reportedly attempted to avoid a bicyclist that cut in front of them, and then swerved into the fire hydrant. No injuries were reported.
4:26 p.m.: Assault, St. Paul Street. A woman reported to police that her minor child was “jumped,” resulting in several injuries. No arrests were made.
4:38 p.m.: Identity fraud, walk-in to the police department. A person reported to police that they had business checks stolen and that people were attempting to cash them. Police reported “a couple hundred dollars” worth of checks were cashed already. No arrests were made at the time of the report.
5:57 p.m.: Larceny, Riverside Drive. A person reported that the license plate on her trailer was stolen. There were no suspects reported and police had no arrests at the time.
