10:44 a.m.: assist other agency, 126 Main St., officers assisted with servicing a capias warrant;
11:12 a.m.: threat to commit crime, Casimir Street, party reported receiving threatening letters from a known suspect;
2:58 p.m.: vandalism, Meadow Street Apartments, 101 Meadow St., caller reported that someone had keyed his car;
3:14 p.m.: suspicious person, Swiss Village Apartments, 82 S. Maple St., party reported that a junior high student was allegedly followed home by a suspicious man from Swiss Village Apartments to her residence on Mill Street, suspect is described as having long hair, wearing a green shirt with dark colored sweatpants, search of area was negative.
