6:20 a.m.: assist other police department, Otis Street, Westfield detective went out with Massachusetts State Police Fugitive Apprehension team and attempted to locate two suspects, Aleksey A. Vechorko, 32, of 19 Otis St., arrested on an outstanding warrant;
10:19 a.m.: fraud, Ridgeway St., elderly man defrauded out of $18,000 from a phone lottery scheme, case is under investigation;
1:21 p.m.: arrest, Mechanic Street, Angel M. Santiago, of 65 Mechanic St., arrested on charge of outstanding warrant;
3:07 p.m.: vandalism motor vehicle, Russell Road, woman reported that her vehicle was keyed;
4:01 p.m.: accident, Darker Image, 420 Union St., 2005 Dodge and 2007 Nissan (towed), one transported to Baystate Noble Hospital;
4:19 p.m.: larceny, Meadow Street Apartments, 101 Meadow St., apartment manager reported a theft at this location;
5:30 p.m.: motor vehicle violation, CVS, Morris Street, Samantha L. Hoynoski, 24, of 82 S. Maple St., arrested on charges of outstanding warrant, unregistered motor vehicle and operating motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with license suspended.
5:51 p.m.: accident, Pioneer Valley Professional Building, 65 Springfield Road, 2015 Ram truck and 2004 Infiniti, no injuries, no tows;
9:34 p.m.: motor vehicle violations, E. Main Street, Emmanuel Diaz, 26, of 12 Franklin Ave., arrested on charges of possession to distribute Class B drug subsequent offense, operating motor vehicle with license revoked subsequent offense, failing to stop for police, reckless operation of motor vehicle, resisting arrest, speeding, marked lanes violation and red light violation.
