11:51 a.m.: be on the lookout, East Main Street, a caller reports that he witnessed two male parties selling possibly stolen equipment out of the trunk of their vehicle before leaving the area, dispatch reports that officers were advised to remain on the lookout for a vehicle matching their description;

3:40 p.m.: accident, Southampton Road, a caller reports a two motor vehicle accident, the responding officer reports that one party may be injured and requested an ambulance, the officer reports that two tow trucks were requested to remove the vehicles from the scene, the responding medics report that one person declined further medical attention;

8:54 p.m.: motor vehicle violations, North Cherry Street, a police detective reports that he pulled over a motor vehicle and is requesting additional units, the detective reports that Angel M. Santiago, 37, of 65 Mechanic St., Westfield, was placed under arrest for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.



2:01 p.m.: animal complaint, Cedar Street, a caller reports that their dog was attacked by the neighbors’ dog.
