WESTFIELD

12:21 p.m.: weather complaint, Granville Road, a caller reports that there is a tree limb down in the roadway, the responding officer reports that he was able to remove most of the branch from the road himself and that the Department of Public Works would be notified to remove the rest;

12:48 p.m.: arrest, Franklin Street, a police detective reports that two male parties were placed under arrest for distribution of drugs near a Franklin Street dollar store, another officer reports that Brandon K. Knoll, 28, of 73 Fairview Ave, West Springfield was placed under arrest for possession of a Class B drug with intent to distribute, possession of a Class C drug, distribution of a Class A drug, and possession of a Class B drug, the officer reports that Timothy E. O’Brien, 34, of 57 Churchill Rd., West Springfield was placed under arrest for distribution of a Class A drug and possession of a Class B drug;

1 p.m.: warrant service, Franklin Street, a police detective reports that a search warrant is being executed at a Franklin Street apartment, the detective reports that Michael W. Jette, 37, of 101 Franklin Street, 2nd floor was placed under arrest for a subsequent offense of possession of a Class A drug and a subsequent offense of possession of a Class E drug, the detective reports that Heather Lynn Tessier, 36, of 101 Franklin St., 2nd floor was placed under arrest for possession of a Class A drug and possession of a Class E drug, the detective reports that a tow truck was requested to remove one vehicle from the property and an animal control officer was requested to take custody of a dog on the property;

5:58 p.m.: accident, Hillside Road, multiple callers report a two motor vehicle accident with airbag deployment but unknown injuries, the responding ambulance reports that one person was transported to Baystate Noble Hospital, the responding officer reports that two tow trucks were requested to remove both vehicles from the scene, the responding fire captain reports that one person refused medical attention.

6:45 a.m.: concerned citizen, Cedar Street, a large sinkhole was reported.
