WESTFIELD
6:19 a.m.: animal complaint, Union Street, a caller reports a pitbull and a labrador running around loose on Union Street while barking and attacking people who approach them, the responding animal control officer reports that no dogs could be located in the area;
6:06 p.m.: officer wanted, Russell Road, a caller reports that he was driving on Russell Road when one of his vehicle’s windows was struck by a rock that he believes somebody threw at his vehicle, the responding officer reports that an area search turned up negative;
7:07 p.m.: officer wanted, North Elm Street, a male party reports that he saw three kids on skateboards moving the planters at the 9/11 memorial on North Elm Street, the responding officer reports that the planters were moved but did not appear damaged.
SOUTHWICK
5:37 a.m.: officer wanted, College Highway, a gas station clerk reports a person sleeping in a white van at the station, a responding officer reports the van owner was traveling overnight and pulled over to sleep, all was in order.
