10:03 a.m.: city ordinance violation, Granville Road, an officer detailed to follow up on unpaid city ordinance violation citations reports an offender was notified that because she failed to respond to the original violation a criminal complaint will be filed;
11:10 a.m.: city ordinance violation, West Silver Street, an officer detailed to follow up on unpaid city ordinance violation citations reports an offender was notified by mail of two unpaid violations and has not responded, the officer reports a criminal complaint will be filed;
1:24 p.m.: larceny, Elizabeth Avenue, a resident came to the station to report a larceny, the responding officer reports an investigation has been initiated;
1:32 p.m.: larceny, Flynn Meadow Road, a resident came to the station to report that a package which the shipper reports was delivered to his address was not received and has been stolen, an incident report was filed;
5:29 p.m.: animal complaint, Franklin Avenue, a caller reports that while she was walking her dog two off-leash dogs attacked hers, the responding officer reports the incident was referred to the animal control officer and the dog owners were provided each other’s contact information.
