12:29 p.m.: Assist motorist/citizen, walk-in. Police received a report of a truck that was reportedly struck with fencing that was around the construction area of Baystate Noble Hospital. Wind had reportedly pushed the fence into the vehicle. The fencing was since put back up by workers there.
