12:35 p.m.: accident, Stop & Shop Supermarket, 57 Elm St., patient refused transport;
4:16 p.m.: accident, Big Y, 475 E. Main St., minor property damage;
6:03 p.m.: shoplifting, Walgreens, 78 Main St., services rendered.
