12:09 p.m.: identity fraud, Blue Sky Drive, woman reported someone has taken and used her son’s social security number;
2:43 p.m.: accident, Western Circle, 2015 Subara vs. pole, vehicle towed, driver refused transport to hospital;
4:14 p.m.: motor vehicle theft of plate, CVS Pharmacy, 427 E. Main St., man reported that someone stole the license plate from his wife’s car;
5:23 p.m.: accident, N. Elm Street at Holyoke Road, 1999 Ford Escort (towed) and 2011 Nissan Sentra, one transported to Baystate Noble Hospital with head injury;
5:41 p.m.: medical emergency, Kennedy Apartments, 10 Kasper Drive, caller reported that a female party went down and does not appear to be breathing, patient taken to Baystate Noble Hospital in cardiac arrest, medical examiner accepted jurisdiction over patient, ACO notified to retrieve pets;
6:35 p.m.: larceny, Westfield Athenaeum, 6 Elm St., caller reported someone stole parts off one of the children’s bicycle’s outside;
9:28 p.m.: shoplifting, Stop & Shop Supermarket, 57 Main St. Adam P. Cloutier, 24, of 59 Washington St., arrested on charges of shoplifting by asportation.
