10:02 a.m.: Larceny, Danek Drive. Police received a report of three packages of suboxone that were stolen from a residence. Suboxone is a medication that helps treat opioid addiction and is a blend of naloxone and opiates. Police did not make any arrests, but reported that it was under investigation and they had a “suspect in mind.”
1:01 p.m.: Larceny, walk-in. Police received a report of a delivered package that was stolen from a residence on East Bartlett Street. However, upon further investigation it was found that a neighbor had taken in the package for safekeeping and no crime was committed.
1:15 p.m.: Larceny, walk-in. Police received a report of larceny through false checks being written. Police were limited on information but did say that they had one suspect and charges were pending. Unknown loss.
3:25 p.m.: Larceny, walk-in. Police received a report from a woman who said that she was a victim of a rental scheme. They reported that they paid a party $1,725 in cash as a deposit on an apartment and were set to move in Oct. 7. Police provided no further information and reported that it is currently under investigation.
8:58 p.m.: Breaking and entering and burglary, Southampton Road. Police received a report of money that was missing from a home. According to the resident, when they came home they noticed it missing. There were no reported of forced entry and police believe they have a suspect, but no arrests were made at the time of the report.
