9:52 a.m.: vandalism motor vehicle, Bartlett Street, resident reported several windows on her vehicle were smashed out and she has a suspect in mind;
11:46 a.m.: traffic/motor vehicle complaint, Fairway Apartments, 549 Russell Road, vehicle apparently involved in several accidents, driver, who was is allegedly on various prescription medications, transported to Baystate Noble Hospital;
2:19 p.m.: school investigation, Westfield Technical Academy upper campus, 69 Smith Ave., student transported to Baystate Noble Hospital;
3:23 p.m.: animal complaint, Day Avenue, five dogs brought to animal shelter;
3:42 p.m.: disturbance, Citgo, 439 N. Elm St., caller reported that a vehicle pulled up behind him at the gas pump, the operator started yelling at him and punched him in the face;
10:32 p.m.: structure fire, Ace Vapor, 227 E. Main St., dual response, fire extinguished;
11:03 p.m.: motor vehicle violation, Kevin C. Daviau, 28, of 94 Chestnut St., Indian Orchard, arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, failing to drive in right lane, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.
