12:03 a.m.: disturbance, Avery Street a caller reports a loud college aged party, the responding officer reports a young male party was seen outside carrying a can of beer and didn’t discard it when told to drop it, a city ordinance violation citation for possession of an open container of alcohol in public was issued, the tenants were issued noise violation citations;
10:54 a.m.: found property, Russell Road, a caller reports finding a hypodermic syringe, the responding officer reports the syringe was disposed of properly;
12:07 p.m.: found property, New Broadway, a caller reports finding a hypodermic syringe, the responding officer reports the syringe was disposed of properly;
3:59 p.m.: fire, Park Street, a caller reports fire and smoke, the responding firefighters report the residence were advised to not burn leaves and to move any future fires further away from structures, the residents extinguished their fire;
7:53 p.m.: disturbance, North Cherry Street a caller reports a loud college aged party, the responding officer reports that while there was a flow of persons through the residence the party was orderly and not excessively large, the gathering was dispersed.
