4:07 p.m.: motor vehicle violation, Shaker Roads patrol officer reports he observed a vehicle operating at a high rate of speed and stopped the SUV, the operator was found to be the subject of an outstanding warrant issued in 2014 by the Westfield District Court, Sabrina A. Bull, 44, of 514 Southwick Road, Westfield, was arrested for speeding and on the warrant;
9:12 p.m.: fireworks, Barrister Circle, officers were dispatched to investigate a report of fireworks but discovered no suspects;
9:18 p.m.: recovered motor vehicle, Powder Mill Village, 126 Union St., a community policing officer reports he discovered a car which had been reported by Springfield police to have been stolen, the car was towed to the police impound yard;
10:40 p.m.: vandalism, Powder Mill Village, 126 Union St., a community policing officer reports he was advised of vandalism to a parked car;
11:45 p.m.: found property, a resident came to the station to surrender a wallet he found, the responding officer reports the owner of the wallet could not be immediately contacted and it was stored for safe keeping.
