10:11 a.m.: motor vehicle violation, Mechanic Street, a patrol officer reports that he had conducted a motor vehicle stop, the officer reports that the operator of the vehicle, Cheryl A, Knowles, 54, of 15 Monroe St., Westfield, was placed under arrest for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
