11:21 p.m.: motor vehicle violation, Elm Street, a patrol officer reports he observed a vehicle operating without a valid inspection sticker and stopped the car, the operator’s license was found to have been suspended and the vehicle’s registration had been revoked for lack of insurance. Donald Kevin Doyle, 30, of 46 Brook Road, Enfield, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle with a license suspended, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and for operating an unregistered motor vehicle;
12:49 p.m.: fire, Southampton Road, a caller reports a fire in the roadway, the responding firefighters report two burning tee shirts were extinguished and removed;
9:45 p.m.: disturbance, Avery Street, a caller reports college aged tenants moving into a neighboring house are creating excessive noise, the responding officer reports the new tenants were advised of the pertinent regulation and expectations.
