1:29 a.m.: motor vehicle violation, Chapel Street, a patrol officer reports he observed a vehicle which was operated improperly and did not stop for a ‘Stop’ sign, the vehicle was stopped and the operator’s license was found to have been suspended, Joaquin Ayala, 22, of 50 Lowell St., Apt. 3, Springfield, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, improper operation of a motor vehicle and failure to stop or yield.
