2:00 a.m.: downed lines, Franklin Street, a caller reports a downed wire across the road on Franklin Street, dispatch reports that Westfield Gas & Electric was notified to respond and fix the wire.
Southwick
2:08 p.m.: officer wanted, Congamond Road, a caller reports that several children were seen chasing a dog in the roadway, the responding officer reports that the children were attempting to corral their dog that accidentally got loose from their house.
