1:37 a.m.: Accident, Agawam-Westfield line. Police received a report from Agawam Police about a motor vehicle vehicle, car versus utility pole. The only occupant in the vehicle was transported to Baystate Noble Hospital by Westfield Fire paramedics and police reported that the driver was unsure what happened, but denied any drugs or alcohol were involved.
4:43 a.m.: Vandalism, Franklin Avenue School. While police were doing a building check, they found that the school had a window that was shot out from a pellet gun. No suspects or arrests made.
9:01 a.m.: Vandalism, motor vehicle, West School Street. Police received a report of a rear brake light on a car being smashed. There were no suspects or witnesses at the time of the report.
9:30 p.m.: Suspicious activity and arrest, East Mountain Road. Police found a vehicle that was oddly parked and checked on it. They found the passenger vomiting and the car was parked in a driveway that was not the operator’s or the passenger’s. Police found that the driver, Maureen A. Halloran, 52, of Westfield, had signs of impairment. Police arrested Halloran and charged her with operating under the influence of liquor and possession of an open container of alcohol in motor vehicle.
