1:31 a.m.: Disturbance, Miller Street. Police received a report of a party at a house, possibly involving college students. Police investigated and three arrests were made related to the party. Jordan Jos Mardirossian, 21, of Monroeville, Pennsylvania, was arrested and charged with furnishing a person under 21 with liquor and disturbing the peace, Zack Levine, 20, of Wakefield, was arrested and charged with being a person under 21 with possession of liquor and Devin Anthony Lekan, 20, of Chelmsford, was arrested and charges with being a person under 21 with possession of liquor and furnishing a person under 21 liquor.
5:50 p.m.: Motor vehicle violation and arrest, Court Street. Police initially stopped Jason David Theroux, 27, of Springfield, after allegedly catching him driving 43 MPH in a 30 MPH. After processing Theroux’s information it was found that he also had a suspended license. Police arrested and charged him with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, subsequent offense, and speeding in violation of special regulation.
