12:19 a.m.:
college-related disturbance, College House, 11 Lincoln St., Apt. 1st, ordinance violation issued;
12:49 a.m.: college-related disturbance, 14 Lincoln St., dispersed gathering;
12:51 a.m.: college-related disturbance, College House, 11 Lincoln St., Apt. 1st, peace restored;
2 a.m.: accident, hit and run, Whip City Pub, 287 N. Elm St., caller reported a vehicle backed into his car, he gave plate number to police;
2:16 a.m.: disturbance, McDonald’s, 182 N. Elm St., caller reported that two men fighting in the parking lot, no weapons, no arrests;
12:54 p.m.: accident, 587 E. Main St. at 8 Little River Road, minor property damage;
12:55 p.m.: assist motorist/citizen, Riverbend Condos, Russell Road, a resident turned in a handgun that her father had owned;
1:38 p.m.: investigation, 12 Kellogg St., dual response, brush fire extinguished;
3:48 p.m.: vandalism, Old Railroad Viaduct, Elm Street, investigated;
3:56 p.m.: larceny, Walmart, 141 Springfield Road, employee Joshua M. Patten, 26, of 10 Spring St., Apt. #1, arrested on charges of larceny over $250 after he found a purse that a customer had left in a cart, he turned in the purse but kept the cell phone from it;
5:37 p.m.: accident, Lloyds Hill Road, two-vehicle accident, 2005 BMW towed from scene, a young passenger was transported to Baystate Nobel Hospital;
7:34 p.m.: burglary/breaking and entering, Powdermill Village, 126 Union St., resident reported that she believes two teenage boys entered her residence while she was outside and stole $1,000 cash;
9:52 p.m.: noise complaint, 59 George St., Apt. 3rd, investigated.
