1:47 a.m.: disturbance, Willows Apartments, 19 Lockhouse Road, a caller reports yelling outside and a female party threatening to hurt somebody, the responding officer reports he encountered a disorderly juvenile female who was found to be the subject of two outstanding warrants, the 17-year-old girl was arrested for being delinquent by reason of two charges of assault and battery on a police officer, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and on the two warrants;
10:26 a.m.: animal complaint, West Silver Street, a caller reports taking custody of a stray shiba enu mix dog on the South Middle School playing fields the night before, the responding animal control officer reports the dog is wearing 2016 tags and she will attempt to contact the owner;
2:04 p.m.: animal complaint, State Street, an animal control officer reports she went to check on the well being of an animal and five kittens were surrendered which were transported to the municipal animal shelter;
9:18 p.m.: larceny, Franklin Street, a caller from a liquor store reports a male party who just left stole a bottle of liquor, the responding officer reports the suspect was found nearby and a pat frisk revealed that a bottle of liquor had been concealed in the man’s trousers, Nicholas W. Correia, 21, of 3 Princeton St., was arrested for shoplifting by concealing merchandise.
