1:51 a.m.: attempted breaking and entering, Taylor Avenue, a caller reports that a man who is unknown to her and clearly intoxicated is trying to enter her home, the caller reports the man was speaking very loudly and she does not know what he is saying, the responding officer reports that the man was taken into protective custody.
