12:21 a.m.: disturbance, Clark Street, a caller reports a college related disturbance, the responding officer reports a city ordinance violation citation was issued;
12:28 a.m.: disturbance, Kellogg Street, a caller reports a college related disturbance, the responding officers report peace was restored;
12:36 a.m.: disturbance, Jefferson Street, a caller reports a college related disturbance, the responding officers report peace was restored;
1:25 a.m.: disturbance, Maple Street, a caller reports a college related disturbance, the responding officers report peace was restored;
2:21 a.m.: disturbance, Thomas Street, a caller reports a college related disturbance, the responding officers report the incident was referred to Westfield State University authorities;
4:31 a.m.: breaking and entering, South Maple Street, a caller reports that she returned home to find somebody had used her bathroom, the responding officer reports the caller said that her apartment had not been locked, a pink bathrobe unknown to her was found on the bathroom floor and the toilet had been used, the residents suggested a neighbor might be involved but said there had been no response at her door when they tried to speak with her, the officer was able to speak with the neighbor who appeared to be intoxicated said that she had moved in recently and had accidentally entered the wrong apartment;
9:51 a.m.: fraud, Michael Drive, a caller reports her debit card was fraudulently used, the responding officer reports the complainant said that she became aware of a problem when her checking account was overdrawn and when she investigated she found two on-line charges for about $1,000 had been made on her account.
