10:13 a.m.: animal complaint, Mallard Lane, a detail officer reports that a mangy looking fox is hanging around near children and people at a nearby school, the responding animal control officer reports that she was unable to capture the fox;
5:07 p.m.: automobile fire, East Mountain Road, a caller reports that his vehicle is on fire and that everyone is safely out of the vehicle, the responding fire captain reports that the fire was extinguished, the responding officer reports that one tow truck was requested to remove the vehicle from scene;
5:35 p.m.: vehicle stop, Holyoke Road, a patrol officer reports that he pulled over a vehicle for speeding, the officer reports that Jose D. Alvarado, 43, of 4 Maple St., Huntington, was placed under arrest for operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license as a habitual traffic offender and speeding;
5:51 p.m.: accident, Shaker Road, Massachusetts State Police report that they received an online report of a motor vehicle accident, the responding officer reports that one tow truck was requested to remove the vehicle from the scene, dispatch reports that one person was transported to Baystate Noble Hospital.

12:37 a.m.: fire, Eagle Street, a caller reports sparks coming from a neighbor’s roof, a responding officer reports the sparks were from a connection near a transformer on a pole and Eversource was notified for repair;
3:11 a.m.: suspicious person, Rail Trail tunnel, a person carrying a backpack was reported walking southbound, a responding officer could not locate the person but found a camp/shelter near that location;
9:35 a.m.: officer wanted, East Drive, a resident reports her parents were victims of a past scam with financial loss, an officer spoke to the resident’s parents and advised them of the scam;
10:38 a.m.: officer wanted, North Boat Ramp, a known party was reported drinking at the gazebo and had slept there, an officer informed him not to drink in that area;
12:39 p.m.: animal complaint, Vining Hill Road, a caller reports a bear is roaming in the neighborhood;
5:46 p.m.: boat violation, North Boat Ramp, a vessel with multiple minors without protective floatation devices was reported, operation was ceased.
