12:35 a.m.: animal complaint, West Road, a caller reports a herd of cows wandering in the roadway, dispatch reports that the owner of the cows was contacted and they were successfully herded back onto their property;

7:20 a.m.: accident, Granville Road, a caller reports that she struck another vehicle and caused airbag deployment, the responding officer reports that a tow truck was requested to remove a vehicle from the scene, the responding ambulance reports that one person refused medical attention;

10:44 a.m.: accident, Holyoke Road, a caller reports a two motor vehicle accident, with airbag deployment and unknown injuries, the responding officer reports that two tow trucks were requested to remove two vehicles from the scene, the responding ambulance reports that two people refused medical attention;

7:33 p.m.: accident, Montgomery Street, a caller reports that a motor vehicle struck a pole and fled the scene, the responding officer reports that the truck was located and David Helems, 21, of 30 Montgomery Rd, Southampton was placed under arrest for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and leaving the scene of property damage;

8:48 p.m.: assault, Franklin Street, multiple callers report a fight in progress, one caller reports that she had been punched in the face when she came to get money from a male party, the responding ambulance reports that one person was transported to Baystate Noble Hospital, the responding officer reports that Damon G. Motown-Fee, 43, of 101 Washington St., Springfield was placed under arrest for two outstanding warrants.

7:12 a.m.: concerned citizen, College Highway, a motorist reports a white VW passed at a high rate of speed then “brake tested” them, an officer stopped the vehicle and the driver said there was some “road rage” between the two motorists;

2:39 p.m.: larceny, Granville Road, 20-25 bundles of shingles reported stolen.
