10:10 p.m.: motor vehicle violations, Franklin Street, a patrol sergeant reports that he needs assistance with a stopped motor vehicle, the sergeant reports that Damond G. Motown-Free, 44, of 105 Franklin St., Westfield, was placed under arrest for a subsequent offense of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and a subsequent offense of possession of a class B drug.
