12:14 p.m.: motor vehicle accident, North Elm Street, a caller reports a two-vehicle accident with fluids on the ground, the responding officer reports that a tow truck and fluid cleanup were requested to clean up the scene;
4:55 p.m.: motor vehicle accident, East Mountain Road, a caller reports a vehicle being operated erratically by an elderly male party, the responding officer reports that the vehicle initially failed to stop and he requested backup, the officer reports that a tow truck was requested for the vehicle after it had finally stopped, the responding medics report that one person was transported to Baystate Noble Hospital;
5:21 p.m.: motor vehicle accident, Main Street, a caller reports a two-vehicle accident with airbag deployment, the responding medics report that one person refused medical attention, the responding officer reports that a tow truck was requested to remove one of the vehicles from the scene;
9:20 p.m.: warrant service, Pontoosic Road, police detectives report that they will attempt to serve a warrant for a suspect in a breaking and entering investigation, dispatch reports that Daniel Nazario, 51, of 210 Pontoosic Road, Westfield was placed under arrest for an active warrant.
