Westfield

1:38 a.m.: animal complaint, Livingstone Avenue, a caller reports that he was driving on Livingstone Avenue when he saw a small black-and-white dog with a pink collar and no tags running in the road, dispatch reports that the dog was transported to the Westfield Regional Animal Shelter;

10:01 a.m.: accident, Union Street, multiple callers report a motor vehicle accident with no apparent injuries, the responding officer reports that one tow truck was requested to remove one of the vehicles from the scene;

11:07 a.m.: animal complaint, Broad Street, a caller reports that a cat with a possible medical issue has been wandering around Broad Street, the responding animal control officer reports that the cat was brought to the Westfield Regional Animal Shelter;

21:07 p.m.: larceny of delivered goods, Chapel Street, a caller reports that a male party stole a package off his porch, the responding officer reports that the suspect was identified through security footage and will be charged accordingly.
