9:18 a.m.: animal complaint, North Road, a caller reports that there is a stray cat in her yard, the responding Animal Control Officer reports that she attempted to retrieve the cat but was unable to do so, the ACO reports that she set a humane trap in the caller’s backyard;
1:12 p.m.: animal complaint, Sally Avenue, a caller reports that his neighbor’s dogs are frequently loose in the neighborhood and that he is watching them roam through people’s yards as he calls, the responding Animal Control Officer reports that the dog’s owner claims that the dogs are never out, the ACO reports that she gave the owner a warning letter to get her dogs licensed;
5:45 p.m.: disturbance, Hubbard Street, a caller reports that she was leaving her residence when her neighbor began yelling obscenities at her through the window, the responding officer reports that he spoke with witnesses who confirmed that the neighbor was yelling obscenities out his window, the officer reports that he was unable to make contact with the neighbor so he used his cruiser’s PA system to instruct the neighbor to stop yelling at people out of his window.
