Westfield

 

12:37 p.m.: vandalism/damage, Meadow Street, a caller reports that the window of her business had been struck by a bb gun or small stone, the responding officer reports that the window was cracked by a single small object but still appeared intact, the officer filed an incident report;

3:13 p.m.: accident, Southwick Road, a caller reports that a motor vehicle struck a utility pole, another caller reports that their vehicle was struck by the vehicle that struck the pole, the responding fire captain reports that he requested one ambulance to transport an injured party, dispatch reports that one person was transported to Baystate Medical Center, the officer reports that two tow trucks were requested to remove the vehicles from the scene;

5:06 p.m.: weather complaints, Russell Road, a caller reports that tree limbs are down in the roadway, the responding officer reports that he removed the trees from the road, additional weather-related calls were made from Union Street, Montgomery Road, East Mountain Road, Holland Avenue, Bates Road, Park Drive, East Silver Street, McKinley Terrace, and North West Road;

6:22 p.m.: trespassing, Free Street, a caller reports that a male party that had previously left the area had returned and was threatening the caller, the responding officer reports that Ke’Juan Sutton, 31, of 34 Hawthorne St., Springfield was placed under arrest for trespassing and disorderly conduct;

8:20 p.m.: accident, Day Avenue, multiple callers report a motorcycle accident with injuries, dispatch reports that one person was transported to Baystate Medical Center, the responding officer filed a crash report;

9:49 p.m.: accident, Belmont Street, a caller reports that a truck struck a utility pole with no apparent injuries, the responding officer reports that a tow truck was requested to remove the vehicle from the scene, the officer reports that Westfield Gas & Electric responded to the scene to assess the damage to the pole.

 

Southwick

6:45 p.m.: animal complaint, College Highway, a caller reports a dog is in a vehicle with its windows up in a store parking lot;

6:49 p.m.: recreational vehicle violations, Point Grove Road, a male was operating a bike with a child not wearing a helmet;

8:12 p.m.: officer wanted, Point Grove Road, a resident re[ports a neighbor is threatening to damage the caller’s vehicle; an officer reports no damage was done.
