Major crime and incident report

9:39 a.m.: assist citizen, Elm Street, an officer requests assistance for a woman engaged in a dispute with the operator of a ride sharing vehicle, the responding officer reports the dispute was resolved peaceably;
9:57 a.m.: larceny, Springfield Road, a caller reports someone stole his phone while he was shopping, the responding officer reports that the victim said that his phone was stolen from his shopping cart while he was at a Springfield Road department store;
7:44 p.m.: vandalism, Sycamore Street, a caller reports she and a friend returned to their home after being absent for several days and found the windshield of her friend’s car had been smashed, the woman also said his truck was missing from the driveway and furniture was missing from her apartment, the responding officer reports there were no signs of forcible entry to the apartment and the furniture and the missing truck belong to a former resident who recently moved out and may have returned for his property, the vandalized truck was found to belong to a third party;
8:25 p.m.: disturbance, East Main Street, multiple callers report a fight involving six or eight persons is underway in the parking lot of a fast food restaurant, the responding officer reports that only one of the apparent combatants was still at the scene when he arrived and that man claimed that nothing had happened which would require police assistance.
