Westfield

1:11 a.m.: college-related disturbance, Franklin Street, a caller reports that she witnessed what appeared to be two college-aged males fighting, the responding officer reports that the fighting was actually drunken roughhousing following a late-night basketball game, the officer reports that the men were advised to go inside for the night;

11:04 a.m.: investigation, Union Street, a police sergeant reports that she will be following up on a previous motor vehicle accident, the responding officers report that Luis A. Rivera, 49, of 126 Union St., Westfield, was placed under arrest for four active warrants;

1:30 p.m.: accident, Southwick Road, multiple callers report a multi-vehicle accident with no known injuries, the responding officer reports that a tow truck was requested to remove one of the vehicles from the scene;

6:09 p.m.: vandalism/damage, Main Street, a caller reports that two parties are throwing rocks at vehicles from the Columbia Greenway Rail Trail, the responding officers report that two youths were located and brought to the Westfield Police Headquarters to be picked up by their parents.
