Westfield
12:28 p.m.: disturbance, Springfield Road, a caller from a Springfield Road department store reports that two male parties are fighting in the parking lot, the responding officer reports that one male party was given a verbal trespass warning and a courtesy transport off the property;
5:27 p.m.: motor vehicle accident, Little River Road, a caller reports that being involved in a two-vehicle accident, the responding officer reports that EMS was called when both vehicle operators complained of possible injuries, the responding medics report that two people refused medical attention, the officer reports that two tow trucks were requested to remove the vehicles from the scene;
6:03 p.m.: vandalism/damage, Little River Road, a caller reports that somebody had slashed the tires of a Little River Road store owner’s vehicle, the responding officer reports that Louis J. Carmel, 53, of 541 Little River Road, Westfield, was placed under arrest for two counts of vandalizing property and two counts of intimidating a witness or police official.
