2:08 p.m.: animal complaint, Old Stage Road, two animal control officers report that they are attempting to capture the loose brindle-haired dog that has been in the area, the officers report that they could not get close to the dog as it took off when it saw their vehicle;

6:09 p.m.: disturbance, East Main Street, a caller from an East Main Street fast food restaurant reports that a male customer was agitated when he entered the store and escalated to the point of grabbing and throwing the plastic shield on the ordering counter before leaving the property, the responding officer reports that he could not locate the suspect in the area;

8:21 p.m.: suspicious, Union Street, a caller reports that two teenage boys are shooting BB guns around a Union Street apartment complex, witnesses report that the teenage males may have been shooting at them, as they could hear the sound of BBs ricocheting around them, the responding officer reports that they could not locate the suspects in the area.


7:16 a.m.: general services, Miller Road, a complaint was filed to the Southwick Select Board regarding a political sign;

9:09 a.m.: animal complaint, Feeding Hills Road, the animal control officer reports a complaint about a barking dog was unfounded;

11:04 a.m.: officer wanted, Mort Vining Road, a resident reports receiving scam phone calls telling her she had a surprise being delivered, the homeowner advised the caller to leave her alone, she stated the caller then threatened to break-in and kill her;

11:09 a.m.: animal complaint, Jeffrey Circle, a cat was reported in a tree;

11:50 a.m.: officer wanted, Depot Street, a resident reported to the police station that someone was texting her family members pretending to be her, she was advised  to block the number and change hers;

12:48 p.m.: assist citizen, Jeffrey Circle, the Southwick Fire Department assisted with removing a cat from a tree.
