4:19 p.m.: structure fire, Medeiros Way, a caller reports a possible electrical fire at a Medeiros Way business, the responding fire chief reports that there is smoke in the air and the fire is coming from somewhere outside, the fire chief reports that the fire was possibly extinguished but that firefighters would continue to work to gain entry to the building to ensure the fire did not spread, the fire chief reports that a keyholder was contacted and entry was gained into the building to confirm the fire was extinguished;

7:32 p.m.: accident, Shaker Road, multiple callers report a single motor vehicle struck a telephone pole, causing airbag deployment, the responding ambulance reports that one person was transported to Baystate Noble Hospital, the responding officer reports that one tow truck was requested to remove the vehicle from the scene, the officer reports that Westfield Gas & Electric was advised of the damage to the pole and responded to the scene.


9:31 a.m.: suspicious vehicle, Summer Drive, a resident reports a white vehicle that may be of interest to police, the vehicle is similar to one driven by a person soliciting door-to-door but could not be located by police;

10:51 a.m.: larceny, Point Grove Road, a resident reports a stolen catalytic converter;

12:51 p.m.: officer wanted, Arcadia Lane, a resident requested information regarding harassment by a neighbor who she said stares at her from his yard, police advised her to call when it occurs.
