9:33 a.m.: accident, Western Avenue, a caller reports she was involved in a two-car crash with air bag deployment, dual response dispatched, the responding officer reports one person was transported to Baystate Noble Hospital;
3:40 p.m.: accident, Feeding Hills Road, multiple callers report a crash involving a motorcycle with airbag deployment and fluid spill, dual response dispatched, the responding officer reports witnesses stated that a motorcycle crossed the center line and struck two vehicles in the opposing traffic lane, the motorcyclist, Eric S. Carlson, 40, of 176 Porter Road, East Longmeadow, was transported to Baystate Noble Hospital and upon his discharge was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, the motorcycle and one of the involved cars were transported to the police impound yard;
6:34 p.m.: breaking and entering, Bush Street, a resident came to the station to report that her car was broken into and specific items were stolen from a bag which had been stored in the trunk, the responding officer reports the woman said that she had been away for a few days and had left her keys on her kitchen table, the woman said that in order for the thief to get into her trunk he or she must have broken into her apartment to get her keys, there were no signs of forcible entry, the case was referred to the detective bureau;
9:45 p.m.: arrest, Hubbard Street, a officers detailed to attempt to serve an outstanding warrant report that they sought the suspect as his last known address and found him there, Craig A. Daniels, 57, of 65 Hubbard St., Westfield, was arrested on the warrant.
