On Sunday morning this week I wish the City Councilors could have seen all the Westfield Taxpayers and their families using the bike trail!!! Facts are much more valid than assumptions!
I will say that I was skeptical about the line painting on Franklin St, but, wow, what an improvement that is going to be. The center turn lane is such a good idea. It has worked well on North Elm and I’m sure it will be great on Franklin. We might want to consider some other areas too!!
