I read the Westfield paper and have a question regarding an evening paper, when they run an article in Septembers 14th edition about the early launch of the F-15’s, on the early morning of the14th? How would this late story take the alarm out of local people many hours after the launch? Are launches like this one so secretive that the base couldn’t advise sooner?
