This is to the mayor and city council: As leaders of the city of Westfield, why is it that you people allow fast food restaurants to deliberately false-advertise their products? Their products that are being sold to the public is nothing like you get when you pay for it. I thought it was against the law for false advertisement. But it doesn’t seem that the law enforces this. I’d just like to know why. I’d be surprised if once you’d go into a fast food place and you actually get what is on the menu, exactly the way it’s pictured. Pleased be advised, contacting these establishments have been to no avail.
Neither the Mayor nor City Council have any jurisdiction over these matters.
