Yes I would like to know what has happened to the beautiful little town of Russell Massachusetts? Buildings are falling apart, the tax bills never get out on time, we’re supposed to get tax bills in November and May they are due on May 1st, the full bill. Most towns they bill you quarterly, Russell can’t even bill us twice. The buildings are falling apart, homes aren’t looking the way they should, the way they used to, and the Little Country Church of the Russell Community Church it looks like a little building out just crying for help. The bulletin board is all broken. The handicap ramp is all broken, the paint is peeling off but it’s not just that church, it’s all the other buildings in town nobody seems to really care anymore. I really love this town and I just can’t understand after all these years why it’s in such disarray. I just wish that someone would step forward and help beautify this little town like it used to be. It certainly isn’t anywhere near what it used to be and it’s so sad. Thank you.
