WESTFIELD – The PVTA will be holding a series of Public Hearings and Outreach Sessions to discuss proposed service changes and fare increases effective July 1, 2018. A Westfield Session is being held on Tuesday, February 27 from 3:00 – 4:00 pm at the Westfield Olver Transit Pavilion, at the corner of Elm and Arnold Streets.
