SPRINGFIELD: Richard A. Noltemy of this city, 68, died recently at home.
He was born June 19, 1953, son of Phyllis A. Budreau of Westfield and the late Arthur Noltemy.
He was predeceased by his two brothers, William “Billy” Noltemy on January 15, 2015 and Robert “Bobby” Noltemy on May 20, 2019. He also leaves three sisters, LuAnne Budreau-Pliska, Susanne Romani, both of Westfield, Debra Cartelli of Longmeadow and a brother James Budreau of Westfield, and many nieces and nephews from Boston, Plastow, NH and Westfield.
