Westfield – Richard Brennen Blair Sr., 77, passed away Monday at home in Westfield. Richard was born April 26, 1939, to the late Richard P. Blair and Frances M. Britton (Brady.) Richard was born and raised in Westfield and was a graduate from the Westfield Trade School (Westfield Technical Academy). Richard worked for many years as a tool maker before he retired. He was an avid wild life photographer, a great story teller and a man who was set in his ways. Richard enjoyed watching NASCAR on Sundays. Richard is survived by his sons Craig S. Blair of Springhill, FL and Richard B. Blair Jr. of Westfield. He was the cherished grandfather to Jessica C. Butler, Ryan P. Blair, Adam H Bahre and the caring brother to Alan Blair of NY. He was predeceased by his son Jeffrey S. Blair in 1985 and his former wife Nancy C. (Slater) Blair in 2012.
