SOUTHWICK – Sally E. Mika, 75, (1941-2016) passed away on Tuesday, October4, 2016 at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, MA. Born on July 21, 1941 in Springfield, MA Sally enjoyed gardening, with “Flower Power” in the sanctuary she created around her home, where she would often spend many hours sitting on the back deck enjoying the nature, serenity and peace with her husband Jim. Sally spent time visiting her family on Cape Cod where she could enjoy the beach and local seafood. Predeceased by her parents William and Helen Gihon, and brother Bruce Gihon, she leaves her husband James Mika of Southwick, MA, sons, William Davies, Jr of Chicopee, MA and Michael Davies and Marguerite Orosz of MA, daughter, Debra Miglino and husband Gerard of Buzzards Bay, MA, brother, Robert Gihon and wife JoAnne of FL, step-son, James Mika and wife Tina of Agawam, MA, step-daughters, Kathleen Lacross and husband Wesley of Westfield, MA and Karie Jewept and husband Patrick of Agawam, MA, 14 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild along with many other family members and friends.
