SOUTHAMPTON (WWLP) – Residents in Southampton voted “No” on all seven ballot questions, including whether they’d like to override the property tax cap for the town.

QUESTION 2
“Shall the Town of Southampton be allowed to exempt from the provisions of proposition two and one-half, so-called, the amounts required to pay for the bond issued in order to pay costs of purchasing a Fuel Station and Generator for the Highway Department, including the payment of all costs incidental and related thereto?”
