SOUTHWICK: Stephen S. “Butch” Piascik was born September 27, 1940 in Westfield, MA and passed away peacefully at home in Southwick with his loving wife by his side on October 18, 2021 at the age of 81. He was employed with Berkshire Industries retiring after 35 years of service.
He is survived by his wife of nearly 44 years, Dorothy (Thomas) Piascik; sister Frances Hurley; nephew Ted Banasik and his wife, Pat and nieces Chris Duprat and her husband, Bob and Danuta Jacobs and her husband, Scott.
In addition to his parents, Butch was predeceased by his brother Edward and sister Marianne.
Calling hours for Steve will be held from 1-3PM on Sunday, October 24, 2021 at Southwick Forastiere Funeral Home, 624 College Highway, Southwick, MA. Per Stephen’s request, there will be no formal services. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Stephen’s name to Baystate Hospice, 280 Chestnut St., 6th Fl., Springfield, MA 01199.
